Need help locating or changing an order? Start with the steps below, then use the Contact Us form if you still need assistance.
Check your order status
- Find the order-confirmation or shipping-confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout.
- Open the tracking link when one has been provided.
- Allow up to 48 hours after the shipping email for the carrier's first scan to appear.
If tracking says delivered
Check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any safe-location notice from the carrier. If the package still cannot be found, contact us with the order number.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but an address change or cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment processing begins.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Keep the item and packaging. Send the order number, a short explanation, and clear photos through the Contact Us page so the shipment can be reviewed.

- Email used at checkout
- Item and variant involved
- Tracking number, if available
- Photos for damage or incorrect-item reports
