Shipping Policy

Mewdwell currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at launch.

Shipping rates

• Standard U.S. Shipping: $1.99
• Free Standard U.S. Shipping on orders of $40 or more, after discounts and before taxes

The shipping charge and any applicable delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Most eligible U.S. orders are estimated to arrive within 4–11 business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, holidays, or unusually high order volume.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. There is no additional shipping charge when we split an order into multiple shipments.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier scan.

Address changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered processing, and we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Delays and cancellations

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact the customer with a revised estimate and the available cancellation and refund options. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid for the unshipped merchandise, including applicable shipping charges.

Delivered, missing, or damaged packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact us promptly so we can review the shipment.

For an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the item and packaging until we provide next steps.
