These Terms of Service govern use of the Mewdwell website and purchases made through the store. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from it.

Store eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under any customer account and for protecting account credentials.

Products and pet safety

We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, availability, and prices accurately, but minor variations may occur. Product suitability depends on the individual animal and environment. Follow product instructions, supervise pet use where appropriate, inspect products regularly, and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or unsafe.

Mewdwell products are not veterinary advice or substitutes for professional veterinary care.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Taxes and shipping charges are shown where applicable during checkout.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. The Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms and explain current rates, delivery estimates, return eligibility, and refund handling.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the store in a harmful manner, violate another person's rights, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

The Mewdwell name, branding, site design, original copy, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to Mewdwell and may not be copied or exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

The store may rely on or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Mewdwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products where such limitations are legally permitted.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the store or material violation of these terms.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Mewdwell business, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
