Return and Refund Policy

We want Mewdwell orders to arrive as described and in good condition. You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a standard return, an item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and all included parts. Proof of purchase is required.
For pet-health and hygiene reasons, a grooming tool that has been used on an animal cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not limit remedies for an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Start a return
Contact us through the Contact Us page before sending anything back. Include the order number, the item involved, the reason for the request, and photos when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Do not return an item to the address printed on the original shipping label unless Mewdwell specifically instructs you to use that address.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. We may request photos or video so we can verify the issue and provide the appropriate replacement or refund. When the verified issue is our responsibility, Mewdwell will cover the approved return cost or advise that no return is required.
Change-of-mind returns
For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked return service because the customer remains responsible for the item until it is received at the authorized return location.
Non-returnable items
- Used grooming or personal-care items
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, modification, or ordinary wear
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items clearly marked as final sale before purchase
Contact us if there is a problem with any item; rights that apply under law are not excluded by this policy.
Refunds
We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times vary and are outside Mewdwell's control.
If an order is canceled because it cannot be shipped or fulfilled, the refund will be returned to the original payment method rather than issued only as store credit.
Order cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. If the order has already shipped, the standard return rules apply.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain a different item or variant is to request an approved return and place a new order. If we sent an incorrect variant, contact us before placing another order.
